- Keeping the Command or Control key pressed, scroll down to the bottom of the folder.
Once you reach the bottom of the folder, release the Command or Control key. Congratulations! All the emails in the folder should now be selected.

- Choosing the starting Email: locate and click on the first email you want to select.
- Hold Down the Shift Key
- Selecting the Ending Email: While still holding the Shift key, click on the last email in the range that you want to select.
